Who drops Tunarian Crusader sword?

I've looked ALL over the internet with no luck, all the database sites, searched this forum, no one knows who and where this drops aITEM 1006216958 503501946:Tunarian Crusader sword/a going to assume Lavin in new tunaria, where is lavin though, where does he spawn? Thanks!

It drops off one of the names in the x2 ring event in New Tunaria.

Do you know which named drops it, and is it a PH named within the event?  We killed event today found one named at bottom after killed about 10 waves, and he dropped a treasure chest.  Killed the nameds upstairs they drop nothing and No AA...any ideas I want this sword!!
