Game wont start for my gf (is it her Video Card?)

<p>Hi all, she has a Intell(R) 82865G   video card (no idea what that is)</p><p> Wondering if anyone could help.  Seems shes having the same problem as I did before I got a new video card that was compatable.  When she clicks start game it acts like it will start, then does nothing and goes away.</p>

Basically thats an onboard graphics chip rather than a video card and no, it wont play EQ2, so that is the problem.

That is correct, Rakk.  The Intel video devices are incompatible with EverQuest II. We recommend upgrading to something like a Radeon X1950 or GeForce 7800  (both come in AGP configuration, which is usually what's available with the Intel 82865 chipset)
