Question about PVP Gear/Weapons

I'm new to the pvp server and have a question about the gear and weapons. 1. Where does the armor found on this post come from exactly? I'm assuming it's a vendor, but I've never found this vendor: <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=351500" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=351500</a> 2. It costs tokens to purchase the gear as well as status. Where do the tokens come from? I've seen them drop in some pvp videos off of players, but at what level do player start droping those? 3. How much status do you get for a "run of the mill" pvp kill at lvl 70 against another lvl 70? 4. Last question, does the vendor that sells the armor (linked in question 1) also sell weapons? or are the only pvp-bought weapons the ones you you can buy only after gaining faction spending status? Probably lfay or loping plains. someone else can give the right answer Im sure.</li><li>at lvl 20. The armor from that post is the EoF PvP set armor-the NPC that sells it is located in Lesser Faydark.  In order to get it you have to be a citizen of Freeport or Neriak, and have collected a set number of tokens.  Each piece will cost 100, 150, 200, or 250 tokens plus status; depending upon the piece. 4. That vendor does not sell weapons, the PvP weapons are purchased in your city from the PvP merchants in North Freeport or Neriak.
