Mage pet attack speed??????

Int line in KoS : Increase casting speed Increase Attack speed?<----??????? today i get my planeshift Ad3 i was very happy , reading it : Applies plane shift : fire ..... Increase atacck speed 56 ..... huh?????? why attack speed ? is casting speed?

For when the mage pet melees, of course. Course, this Achievement was added a LONG time before /pet ranged was added, so in that context it almost makes sense.

I just rolled there a week ago, I'm only 31. I'm working up fast though, although I am falling behind on AAs. I'll ask around and see if someone on there can get me an answer.
