Can you post your MSinfo32 and your dxdiag info? That path kind of looks strange starting in D:. Also the first step of that path is looking to "live" that seems kind of strange as all of your install files will be in <root:program filessonyeq2 typically unless you specified for them to be installed elsewhere.

I didn't provide any dump info because the computer seems to be working fine for all non-EoF zones and other games like Vanguard and DDO.

The information I got looks like I have some the debug/symbols of everquest because it is referencing a line number in a c++ file. Also, I bet the path is based on SOE's build server or developer path because I have no D: drive (never have) - EQ2 is installed in the default path on C:

Again, everything else worked except when I try to zone into an EoF zone - I am guessing that after the digital download the patcher is not able to recognize any newly needed files - any suggestion on how I can give it a little kick in the butt?

Thanks!

I would make sure that you have the EoF files in your directory or find which ones you do have. I agree with the error being specific to the server path. Have you tried to take another character into the zone? I know this might be a pain but it may limit this down to it being a very specific location or the entire zone. Like make a human in qeynos or whatever and try to get it to zone to EoF zones and limit it down like that.... I know that is stretching it but may work to find a more specific resolution. Or the obvious and contact support, they might be able to push you specific files.

Still can't play EoF zones because the files are not being downloaded - the patcher does not seem to recognize the fact I now have EoF via Digital Download (I do because as stated above I am able to create a Fae in character creation). Does anyone know how to force a re-download? I've tried full scan and immediate download of all options. Thanks!

If it is not, then verify with your CC company that the charge was actually posted to the card. If it has been use the Search the Knowledge Base link to access Chat Support dueing their normal hours - Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific to talk to them. It sounds like the charge for the expansion did not process to your CC

Yep it is listed on "My Account" - also looked online at CC and its there.

I never really thought that was the problem because as stated above the Fae race is now unlocked on the character creation screen. I can create Fae chars but when i try to log into a EoF zone or zone into an EoF zone with older non-Fae character, EQ2 crashes with the error above.

Any suggestions on how I can force the patcher to recognize the missing files and download them? Full scan with immediate download is not working.

Thanks.
