Starting City Select

Hi, when i reach the screen to select a starting city it doesnt give me Neriak as one of the options. Im using a custom UI.  Was wondering what file or if there is one do i need to copy paste from default to my custom folder. Thanks

<p>It may well be your custom UI, or are you just choosing a race that cant start there? (Dark Elves, Ratongas, Trolls, Ogres, Arasai can, maybe one or two more, I cant remember).</p><p>Edit: typos</p>

<p>Dark elf was the race i was trying, but regardless of the race on the city select screen it should show all starting cities, I just wont be able to select qeynos or kelethin.</p>

I'm having the same problem. Guess Its my UI, I'll go find an update.
