Howdy, I am considering transferring citizenship to Kelethin from Qeynos but I have 2 questions: 1.  I run writs for Qeynos guards to work on the titles.  I have the second so far.  If I transfer citizenship to Kelethin will I lose any faction that I have gained or my titles?  Will I still be able to run writs for them and get the next title? 2.  If I sell from Kelethin what is the tax rate?  I see 40% when I look in qeynos but is that because I am in qeynos and it is for sale in kelethin?  I am trying to figure out if it really makes a difference where I sell. Thanks for the help, Morrighan

Does anyone have an idea on this?  I can't decide if I should go to Kelethin or not. Morrighan

I don't think you'd loose your titles as they were earned fair and square and you don't loose qeynos faction for sure, because my monk just recently transferred citizenship to kelethin and no faction hit.  I would assume you get to keep your title as you are still 'good'  and you haven't done anything to hurt the faction you worked so hard on. As for the broker thing... im really not sure.  I haven't noticed qeynos being 40% from kelethin, but I tend to not be terribly observant when it comes to the broker.. if the price is in my range, I rarely look at the broker fee.

Broker is the same from Qeynos or Kelethin.
