Selecting racial- and class traits: order important?

<p>May be a stupid question:</p><p>Is the order important when you select racial- and class traits? Especially those traits that increase something by x % ?</p><p>Do you e.g. get more hitpoints when you select +3% health at a higher level where you have more hitpoints by default?</p><p>I suppose the +3% health to be added to the basic health pool on each level anew?</p>

Not really important what order you get it in.  If you get the one that is 3% of your total mana then it will be the same increase if you get it at a low level or at a high level.  Either way if you have 5k mana at level 70 then that 3% will only add 150 more mana.
