One thing that i would love to see is the removal of the epic guards from all of the cities. Or at least most of them.

In all my time, i don't believe that i have ever seen anyone raid another city. Either give the players reason to sack their enemies home town or remove them all together.

I agree with being able to share coin and shared bank slots between good/evil alts. I mean if we can't have more than one toon able to sell on the broker simultaneously, it makes it very inconvenient having to mail each item individually to the one toon you sell with. They should either make the bank usable across faction (both coin and shared slots) or allow one good and one evil toon to be selling on the broker simultaneously. I like your whole list - but the money management between good/evil has always been a major annoyance.

It should take a concerted effort by a larger group (limited to 24 in EQ2) of people. Thus, the guards being epics is appropriate. The only reason no one (or very few) raid them is that, as far as I know, they don't give any or give very little loot (as a discouragement to make them common raid targets). But, in my opinion, they should give specialised loot (the same armor molds as the city raids, a chance for relic molds for the 60+ guards, etc) and status as well as faction for the opposing city and a faction hit for their own city. Yes, that could mean that, for example, a Freeporter in a Qeynos guild could get negative Freeport faction if his guild decides to sack Freeport enough. I don't think there should be an overwhelming disincentive to attacking guards (as them having no loot is), but I do think there should be consequences for doing so.
