Quest Items as Body Loot -- Noticing a Change

<p>In the new Darklight Woods zone, I've noticed that all quest trigger items now drop as corpse loot, allowing high-level players to still have an opportunity of looting such items off of grey mobs.</p><p>This is a great change, in my opinion.  My only question is:</p><p>Any chance of applying this to all zones and all mobs who have quest trigger items in their loot tables?</p><p>Thanks in advance for your reply!</p>

Is this intended to foster mentoring? The quest starter items that I saw in Darklight were No Trade, as were the quest rewards.
