My roommate and I do pretty well. Currently we are both lvl 28 (warden/warlock)and try to stay Mastercrafted and adept III if possible for maximum dmg. I went down my increased Spirit of the Wolf line (so we don't have to buy horses) and he went down his Focus casting line and I must say I think we do pretty well for ourselves.

Wouldn't bother with the PvP servers SoE is ruining pvp as it is.

Yeah Loladen...there are always plenty of people who will tell ya that PvP sucks or that server populations are dying. Sadly, alot of these people are not only wrong, but like to complain without offering solutions or having to do any 'work' to get where they want to be.

I love eq2's PvP system, and though it does need a few tweaks, it's one of the better ones out there. Take WoW for example-no level ranges for attacking other players. Ouch! Talk about noob farming and turning off newer players.

For duo-my friend and I are trying out a warlock and a troubador combo. We both have invis/stealth, he has tracking, and with lots of DPS and caster buffs, we make a pretty darn good team!

But I know lots of people will come post other ideas. In the end it's really a matter of opinion.

I was thinking Fury / Assasin combo would work nicely from what I have been hearing about those 2 classes, would seem like that would be a pretty great combo.

the tier you're looking to play at factors in hugely. Swashy's are really good, warden's are really good, but my personal favorite is SK. Swashy/Warden would prolly be best but SK/SK or Warden/SK would be strong too.

Berzerker(Guardian)/Warden(Fury)

Bruiser/Defiler

Necromancer/Warlock (weird but really fun)

Assassin(Brigand)/Inquisitor

Shadowknight/Inquisitor

These combinations seem fairly good together. But I much prefer group (4-6) pvp over duoing.

combos my husband and i have found usefull

swash/warden

zerker/inquis(i love inquis at high lvls)

fury/bruiser or brig or assassin

basicly any healer really and an assassin

but with swash warden you have enough utility to get around quicklike and you can duo just about anything if your swash gears little more to the tanking side as far as pve goes.

however have to say had much more exciting battles and used more skill with zerker inquis

Inqy/SK both DPS built for something that is surprisingly hard to kill and will be capable of some impressive feats. The downside is you'll be fighting over gear.

I like The Dirge/Troub or Dirge/Warlock Yes Dirge/troub doesnt sound to amazing but with all the debuffs of the dirge and buffs of a troub its a pretty meaty combo. Dirge/Warlock is great because of the debuffs the all the warlocks rooting abilities with that sick aoe affects great farming together and pvp combo But you need to at least be mastercrafted with either duo

Swash: group invis, tracking, tankable scout, evac Warden: evac, ports, decent dps, snare, root Best q side duo, strictly duo speaking. If you want to make a solid duo for starting a group go Bezerker/any healer

I would agree with Swashie+Warden....(I had great fun with a Monk,Swashie,Warden Trio)
