Arm of Mithaniel bugged again ?

<p>Hi,</p><p>since GU35 i had no graphic Effects for all the two Procs of the Arm of Mithaniel (yes, same Graphic Settings).</p><p>What's worse, since then i did NOT see (in logs or in tests) the Arm of Mithaniel proccing the "Hate decrease" -> same as before EoF, where it was finally fixed.</p><p>Summary:</p><p>- no Hate decrease Proc since GU35.</p><p>- no Graphical Effects for the Energis and the Hate decrease Proc.</p><p>- Claymore Energis Proc still working fine.</p><p>Is it just me or do have others experienced that ? (if not worldwide, than at least on Server "Valor"<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.</p><p>Regards, theriatis.</p>

<p>Hi,</p><p>good news, the Hate decrease proc seems to work again (at least it shows the now translated Action message again :shock<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.</p><p>Bad News is, the Graphical Effects are still gone.</p><p>Regards, TorstenH</p>

aww i missed out on graphics? i just got mine a few days ago. hope this gets fixed so i can see it.

/shrug  I can't use it anymore Now I have to generate hate to transfer to the tank, so I can't have anything that procs a deaggro or hate position drop.

Just because you drop a hate position doesnt mean you generate any less hate, it just means you are further down the hate list, the same % damage still gets transfered to the MT.  Now I would agree that a hate reducer woudl probably lower the hate transfer, but I do not think any one knows exactly how a hate reduction /transfer combined works,  does it reduce the hate then transfer the remaining or does it transfer then reduce the remaining?
