+ to heal and damage items & adornments?

Do they stack with one another?  For example if i have multiple items that add up to 20, & 25 to spell damage would they all stack, or all roll, and only the highest adds to my actual spells. Or do only one item stack with one adornment. I copied this from my post on the pvp forum as i play on pvp server but realized this may better suit the subject. Thanks, for your input

I would hope they stack since the amounts are so low as to be negligible if they dont. For instance my Woodworker was looking at his tier 7 adornments he can make, there's one hugely expensive item that adds +12 slashing damage. My bow regularly hits for well over 1,000 damage. 12 is less than one percent. Unless I misunderstand the way things work.
