<p>You could sort recipes by class. I think most spell/ca tradeskills would like something like this. Of people will ask for spells ahead - sometimes not knowing what their next spell is. There are other reasons why it would be nice as well.</p><p>This is a little rough but what I think would be nice: to give an idea</p><p><img src="http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/8366/untitledrg1.jpg" border="0"></p><p>I don't care if it has filters in there for all classes, so long as they can be filtered. Then once you select the class and hit ok you'll see all the spell/ca recipes  available for only that class.</p><p>I'm not sure how easily doable it is, but it's something I think fellow scholars would like to see.</p>

Agreed. They should also display the class on mouseover instead of having to click through two or three windows per recipe to find out who's ability is who's.

I agree.  I'm working on a scholar alt now and it's depressing how clumsy the interface is for spells and skills.  We should be able to sort by class and level, in my opinion.  Actually, this would be a good option for weaponsmiths, armorers, tailors, too.  What seems an adequate interface for one tradeskill like carpentry doesn't work well for another trade where the items are geared more to a specific class or stat. I also agree that having to click to examine a product and then mouse over to see the final stats is cumbersome.  Why not just have the stats pop out to the side when you first mouse over the item, along with a list of ingredients?

<p>Every time this idea pops up it gets my full support.</p><p>I'd also like to be able to sort weapons by type (1H slash, 1H pierce... 2H slash, 2H pierce...) as well as by class that can use them. I'd also like to see the same option for armor.</p>
