GU 36 proposes a lot of big changes for PvP including the removal of in-combat run speed enhancements and buffs (except for bard spells such as selos)

I'm assuming you're a PVP player then, because that shouldn't have any effect on the non-pvp servers.

The changes are PvP only, and I doubt Pact will be changed as it's a short term buff, but all other in combat runspeeds will be changed to out of combat only. I could be wrong about pact, but if that's nerfed to, then it'll suck <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Cheetah is gone for pvp combat. You cannot cast it at all. No root cure.... no run speed... nothing. Didn't we get Cheetah the same level that Wardens got evac? So they can leave if someone engages them but once we get hit we got nothing... casting Cheetah after taking damage in pvp will lock us in combat and we lose the run speed. *Sigh. Guess it saves me 5 AA.

Wow that is a nasty change and removes the whole point of the spell as an escape spell. I have no doubt though it is being used to unbalance PvP rather than for escape. There are a lot of in combat Fury AA run speed enhancements too that will now be useless.

It should at least have it's normal effect and not lock you in combat!</p><p> Eeling, 70 PvP fury.</p>
