Post below where you bind point is located. Which zone, where in that zone, and why. Its a silly thing, but I find it interesting. -Denuve

When not freezing up, my Bruiser and Ranger are bound right infront of their house doors. I have not got to setting a new bind point for my other characters yet.

I know this is EQ2 (i just stick with default binds i dont mind running around to where i go). BUT for EQ1 my bind spot was my precious. It took me 3 days to get to where i am bound on my enchanter. And that is the TIPPY TOP of RoK LIBRARY (right next to the flag). If i could find some SS i would post em to. Was fun scaling the verticle walls of the Library (almost impossible to do now cause about 2weeks after i made it they changed the mechanics with interacting with walls and such so you couldnt climb it). That is my fav spot to be bound tho.

Bound it near the 1st junk buyer near a bank. I am bound as far as I can use it, in direction of the bank. In Kelethin, I'm bound in the center of the carpet in the bank, just to use the merchant and the banker without having to move. When I want to deco after a good raiding evening, I Call to prepare me for the next logging: Sell stuff, put some in guild-bank, then fix my armor.

My bind point is at East Freeport. I like to drop off all the stuff I can sell at the broker after I come back from adventuring or harvesting.

I'm binded on the very top of the Seafarers Roost in East Freeport. Every time I call back, I have to dive off the roof and take falling damage.

All my Qeynos characters are bound in Starcrest Commune. I like the Willow Wood, but its always so crowded. Plus I find that Starcrest is a great bind point if you need to pick up writs from all factions. Zone into SQ, hit mage tower. Zone to NQ, hit guard and priest. Zone into Eldarr Grove, hit tree and then QH for transport. A nice neat little circle that can be done in less than five minutes.

My Freeport characters are all bound in Big Bend for some reason. I just like the urban blight look i guess. Actually, I think it's pretty convient spot with the mailbox, crafting instance and bank all close together.

My Kelethin characters are all bound between the housing acorns and crafting acrorn with the broker. It's a fair bit from the bank, but i find that when I use CoK i'm usually heading right to the broker and crafting acorn anyway, so it works out for me.

Neriak I haven't bound anyone too yet. As soon as I got to level 16, I moved them all to Freeport. Neriak is still way to laggy for me and crafting there is next to impossible. I love the city, but the load times and lag kill my system.

In front of the Lion's Mane Inn in SQ where my current apartment is. When I move to another apartment my bind point will move as well.

In Castleview, inside the bank, at the back, out of the way of the banker. Around the corner from the broker and the mailbox.

I bound my Arasai to right in front of the fountain when you first enter Neriak. I know it's not close to anything, but it gets me back to the city, and it's rather scenic, not to mention the teleporter is only a few feet away.

Mine is right in front of my house in North Freeport. Close to the East Freeport Gate.

All my characters are bound in front of the bow merchant at the fountain in Scale Yard: - he offers "best prices" when I have trash loot to sell - the bank is just few steps away as well as the mender - a little bit further down is the trading instance (including broker) - you can run straight to the bells once you are on the small platform with the food merchant (no corners to navigate around like the other zones have) - if I want to visit my home to place some items (I have no other reason to go there) then I can find the zone to South Freeport in Scale Yard too Edit: some spelling

Right in front of the bartender at the inn in Qeynos Harbor since that is who I have always sold my junk to. I've been considering moving my bind point lately, though, since I moved to South Qeynos in early 2005. I will likely move it to just outside my house in SQ, or perhaps next to the broker so I can CoQ from my house to the broker.

Baubleshire, because the Bank, the crafting zone, the mender, the Mariner Bell and the mailbox are all conveniently located in one little area. Only annoying thing is that everytime I enter and/or leave via the Mariner Bell I seem to get a "Bag of Body Parts" which I have to destroy over and over again. Maybe if I did the quest I would stop getting it? Who knows.

Right now I'm bound to the middle of the bridge in Qeynos Harbor, near the broker. The harbor has everything I need (minus my home, but I'm considering moving once our guild hits level 10). Mostly I just like zoning in and being surrounded by lots of people.

I am bound just in front of my house in SQ. Not the most convenient location, I may shift it to be a bit closer to the broker. But it is my "home" and that's why I put it there.

My main's bind point is in N.Qeynos right by the Slayer Status poster. I'm trying to get all 19 Destroyer titles, so it's convenient to see my progress. There is also a bank, broker, tailoring crafting station and mailbox nearby. As a fury, I can port out to most places, so I seldom have to go to Qeynos Harbor for the boat.

East Freeport dock, with two exceptions. (One is a Kelethin character, rarely played, and one is a Qeynos character. Also rarely played except as a crafter.) When they first introduced the quest to change bind location, my main lived in East Freeport, so the zone had 100% of everything except a bank. Now she lives in South Freeport and the other toons mooch her estate, but it's still really the most convenient.

My Qeynosians are both bound to Graystone Yard. Near the stone. Even the one that lives in SQ. It's the shortest distance between the broker, bank and the small house. Neriak is set in the marketplace for same reason

Bound in Starcrest Commune just outside the bank (horsies take up a fair bit of room inside) But since I don't always go there to bank, zoning in I have a short walk to the crafting area, step through the door to sell/bank, the zoneline to SQ is few steps away where my house is located, the mailbox is within click distance, mender is down a few steps and bells can take me elsewhere. Seems very convenient to me. Kelethin I'm bound outside the bank, just seemed to be the most convenient, can't think of anything that would work better.

Mine is the little side yard next to my SQ Manor across from the Mage Tower. I don't like 'porting right in front of the door cuz I usually wind up with my head up a horses' er... you know. When I was living in NQ, I had my Bind Point set to the Claymore monument since that was close to everything.

It depends how well adventuring is going When all is well then at the Qeynos Harbour docks, as its easy access to most things - Bells, Carpet, Nek/TS tickets, status merchant, broker. SQ where I have a house is only 1 zone away, but doesn't have the same amenities (It is easier for people to find your merchant though) In Freeport I've found Eestern Freeport the most convenient place to live, so I'm bound close to the mailbox in the centre which puts everything relatively nearbye. When things aren't going so well - right in front of the Mendor ! p.s. It would be REALLY NICE if clerics bind point for odyssey was separately settable, then it would have some use.

My bind point (for all my toons) is right in front of the person selling tickets on the docks in Qeynos Harbor - that way I can quickly move on to my next adventures. The mender, bank, and broker are all nearby, which - unfortunately - isn't the case in SQ (where my main lives); otherwise I would have it set there.

On my wizzie; Qeynos Harbor. The roof of the building between the arena and the bank (some armorer guild blokes inside, methinks. can't remember at the moment). I spent around 45 minutes jumping along little ledges and doing crazy acrobatic feats to jump along the city walls and then the entire outer wall (tiny ledges) of the arena before reaching it (without gnomish jumping boots, I might add, something I'm quite proud of). From my bindpoint I can now get up on the castle walls and behind the arena to find an amusing sign at the back entrance asking me to please use the front door as well as a "secret" zone-in to South Qeynos. Once I get my gnomish jumping boots I feel confident that I will be able to reach the roof of the bank. *clears throat* I'll be going there for the view, of course. I don't.. uh.. plan to do anything illegal with my roof access. Nope. Wouldn't dream of it. My templar is bound in front of the banker in Nettleville, giving me instant access to the bank and a 5 foot distance to my inn room.
