Reaver aa paired with SHeild of Scales

Will the reaver ability be enhanced by the sheild of scales proc that adds 100 every time u heal. The sheild just stats can trigger when healed. If it doesnt effect reaver ability can it still be triggerd by it?.

<p>Reaver does not Trigger the Scale Mend Proc on the Shield.</p><p>Ther are two mechanics thas dont allow it.</p><p>1. Procs dosn't trigger procs.</p><p>2. It says up to 100 wich means it is divided against casting time 3.0 wich is in case of an proc "0" (division by zero)</p><p>Nor then less i tryed it , in small hope they maybe had made an exclusion to this rules.</p><p> But it dosnt triggers, not by watching the buff line and not by checking the parser (ACT).</p><p>Its the same [I cannot control my vocabulary] like the other adorments (up +xxx dam), that are pointless to us cause of the the division rules that are sticked to them (division by casting time smaller then 3.0, division by 8 if AE,division by 5 if DOT) Not sure if the numbers are still actual.</p><p>As long as the mechanic works this way the adorments are useless to us.</p><p>Correct me if someone has newer information</p><p>I did also some tests with the Shield of Growth, and so far the only Situation where i can see the "Scale Mend" Proc usefull is if at least two healers are spam healing you with there single Heals (division rule also for  casting time, Grp heals, and reaktives)</p><p>then it may have a benefit. During normal Situation the "Scale Mend" will usual only affekt the next Heal (it is up only 10 Seconds) that comes in, and pray that it is an single Heal. </p><p>On the other side there are much better Shields in the game for a crusader. Bulkwark of the grove and even Qeynos guard have either better Stats or Procs.</p>

Keep in mind, we do NOT cast heals which would proc this effect, we have lifetaps attached to our attacks... big difference.
