Finding my Buff/Debuff window

I seem to have lost my window that shows my buffs/debuffs, and the timers associated with them. This problem occured when i installed EQMap, and I cannot find the option to bring it back. Any help would be appreciated

That is the Effects Window, and you should be able to bring it up with Alt+E.  If that doesn't work, try reseting all windows to default.
