<p>Each time I log into Everquest II since the new update, the scan pauses at Neriak.vpk (62% of scan), and then downloads that portion of the program (which takes 16-19 min). I have deleted that portion of the program, and re-logged in, but still have to download the Neriak.vpk file at each log-in. Also once in the game, Neriak has black holes (mostly no floors) in areas (different areas each time I log in), and the character "falls through the world" and ends back at the entrance of Neriak. The last time there were no floors at the point past the second bridge, so that was only as far as she could go.</p><p>Any help with this situation would be most appreciated. </p>
