Quick question about Neriak.

Can a Neriak citizen Bind and recall in Freeport or you have to betray to do this? (I do not care about housing just bind/recall)

Well why not try it? Just travel to Longshadow or whereever and cast the spell.

Right, in time I shall but in the mean time I was curious if anyone knows for sure if it can be done.

I haven't tried it, but I would assume you wouldn't be able to, just as you can't bind outside the city. I'd think you would have to switch to Freeport to get Call of the Overlord to t-port to Freeport. Don't know for sure though.
