mana sieve too weak?

That ancient spell doesn't scale at all like most ancient spells that other classes have..  Death March scales very well. I stopped using mana sieve for long time. I find it helpful, and use it almost every time it's up on long fights. Coupled with Necro hearts and Conjy essences...even on the longest raid fights, I rarely run dry on power. I don't use power tap adorns or cloak, and have practically no FT. Mana sieve helps quite a bit.

<p>I think mana Sieve is way to weak... </p><p>its so weak infact it would be better off as a Passive "Drain" Over Time (Drot?) then an actual ability we have to use..</p><p>it should be just like any other buff  we have, cast and forget.. except in combat it should act like a target only DrOT... Draining mana say ever 5 - 10 seconds... with resistability of course this way its not to overpowered in PvP.</p>
