Sometime yesterday/last night the postal workers on Permafrost went on strike, I understand long hours, horrible pay and the stuff the Dorfs send throught he mail would make anyone want to quit. I fully support the postal service in Norrath and agree they deserve more pay and better benifits, but my question is now that they have a new contract and are delivering mail once again.. where is my mail? I haven't recieved my mail that was sent, but not delivered, when there contract obviously expired. I fear my mail have been tossed under some disgruntled Trolls bed as he picked up his sign and went out to join the rest in the line to protest. Again I fully support the postal union and it's members, I just want my mail.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Lagerale, Permafrost server.

Wow if people would spend the 3 seconds to look at all the post on this board regarding this or took the time to look at the announcements thread i wouldnt have wasted 5 minutes typing this. To think the devs arent aware when things break is just ignorant.

http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=365394

The mail workers on Runnyeye went out as well - and had not returned when I logged for the night. They also took the world chat gremlins with them, along with the friends/ignore listings.

To add to the fun, Neriak was a slide show (lag) last night as well, and guildies were complaining of numerous zoning crashes anywhere in Norrath - to the point that they were telling us in guild chat that if they logged out it was just a zone crash - and it seemed about a 50% likelihood for some of them.

We are also suffering a lot of locked combat music - end a battle and the combat music continues, requiring logging to desktop to clear. Thought it was just me, but when I told the guild everyone else had been thinking it was just them lol

Edit - and bensilvi - No, I did not check this morning, but after 12+ hours or so yesterday there were no posts or messages up - this was the first one I saw today when i logged on.

If you are still seeing issues, please see the Technical Help and Questions Forum as Grimwell mentioned in his post.
