I am curious if anyone has had this problem before. I currently have all 7 legendary set items giving me the target encounter proc. I've had the 6 piece bonus for awhile and have never had this problem before. The ae proc is currently breaking mez which it has never done before. I have tanked unrest oob cov and have never had that issue before but went into Mistmoore Castle and everytime it procced...the mez broke. Just wondering if anyone has seen this? Is this supposed to happen? If so that's pretty crappy that a monk can't use the 6 items for that bonus when there is a coercer or illusionist around. Pretty useless.
