Kelethin to Neriak betrayal?

<p>Is it possible to betray to Neriak from Kelethin or Queynos for that matter and if it is who do yuo see for faction quests? Gotta decide where my dwarf is gonna end up now that he's in Haven. He's eager to become the Shadownight he knows he can be. I only see Quenynos and Freeport as options in the quest I see right now..  </p><p>:>((</p>

Ok.. and once I get faction with them and get to become a citizen of Neriak I'll change to a SK correct? Regardless of whether i have a quest for Neriak specifically like I do for Freeport and Qeynos?
