Snakes..... It had to be snakes

Ok brownie point to who names the movie that's from. Anyway... When are the quests involving snakes going to be fixed? The Antonica quest to get the rats, beetles snakes etc etc has been broken for like ever. You get no credit for the snakes. Same thing happens in that zone off of Baubbleshire when you get the random vermin to control. When it turns up snakes, half the time it doesn't work. Annoying, buggy and basic. Cmon folks.

might be a kinda dumb question, but are you SURE they are the RIGHT snakes? i mean are they named slightly different than what the quest is worded as in the journal? i know that there is a few quests that i have wondered [Removed for Content] was going on when i was killing mobs that i THOUGHT were the right ones, when i checked the journal, i found out they had to be a specific kind of mob, so i would not get any updates till i killed the specific type.
