Leaving guild = losing house?

<p>Quick question since I can not find the answer via search... If you have purchased housing that requires your guild to be a certain level and you leave that guild do you get booted from your house?</p><p>Thanks!</p>

No you keep your place. Same as if you had bought a mount that can only be purchased with a certain guild level.

As a precaution it may be a good idea to fill it with enough furniture that you do not need to pay status points for the weekly rent. When I switched guilds I had no problem paying the rent, but it was strictly the gold cost and no status that i had to pay.
