It's an MMORPG, haven't you heard that hitting the level cap isn't the end-game?!?

There's a ton to do whether your a casual player, a raider, or in-between...

Yeah it can be a little ugh when you reach level 70. But there still is things to do!

Take the suggestions already listed, and here is a few from me:

Run through any high level zone naked and see how far you get. Make some items (if you craft) and send them to low level characters. Get a raid and kill the avatars of the gods.

If you see hitting the level cap as an end game in any MMOG , then you are setting yourself up for getting bored quickly.

There's "the end game" and "the end of the game", the two terms are used very differently Most people, when referring to the end game, just mean all the stuff people do at the cap.

At 70 you can finish all those quests filling up your journal. You can't get any tougher to advance them so go do them. shoo shoo. ;p

I'll say this, if the population that I see on Kithicor is any indicator of end game vitality, then the end game in EQ2 is great.

I see level 70's everywhere. It's obvious they have a lot to do and enjoy being on. It might be safe to say that I see more 70's than I do 40's, 50's, and 60's combined.

Now I know that this is an older game, and therefore has lots of level capped toons, but my point is that they still log those toons in, they don't seem to all be rolling alts in order to have something to do, ala VG.

in games like this . i believe there is truely no such thing as an end game. due to things alway being adding or raised such as level cap ect. alway giving you more to accomplish. or end game could differ greatly from one person to the next depending on the goals the indivisual want s to acomplish in game

You could be doing the end game before the end game!! Raiding ? There is raiding before the level cap. Being social ? Yah .. if you wait till 70 to do this.. umm .. wow... Getting AA ? Should be doing this all along as well Questing? Should be doing this all along as well getting gear? Should be doing this all along as well Run through a zone naked ? Just as fun at lvl 7 as it is at lvl 70 !

I havent been in any MMO with so much content for any level tier at any time before

alot of endgame raid zones ranging from more casual style raid zones and everything inbetween all the way up to very very hard zones that can litterally take days ( at least for some people hehe )

Huge amount of Quests of all types and skill levels from solo's to epic ones where you need a raid to complete them . But raiding are for allmost all levels more or less. You can even go kill an epic dragon at around lvl 20. City raids and guild raids. Raids for 2 groups. Even solo instances and very tough 1 group instances aswell.

So all in all you wont be bored . Well unless you play 24/7 you will prolly run out but it sure will take a while ..

Yours

Brorim

I can normally play for only an hour or so tops...and it's often much less. It's too hard to sign on, take care of all my admin tasks, and then look for a group, journey to the far reaches of the realm, and then accomplish much in an hour. I've never been on a real raid where the max number of players are present...that's just not possible for me. It's normally super hard just to get a group together to do some of the quests (diety and equipment types), I still need to complete a lot of those but just can't normally get even a small group together.

It's a fun game with a lot of cool stuff...it's just a bit limited for a player like me though.
