View Full Version : Ichorstand vs. Bazkul - which summons better ammo?

<p>Our guild is clearning DT every week.  I don't have any nice raid bows yet (using Rain Caller.)  If and when Bazkul drops, should I bid on it for the ammo?  Or wait for Ichorstrand?</p><p>I might just bid for Bazkul anyways because it looks to be a better bow than Rain Caller.</p>

The summoned ammo is identical between the two aside from graphics effect.  Same +dmage, +range and +to hit.  Bazkul ammo has a purple flame with skulls graphic.  Bazkul is also a better dps bow.

You get free ammo, and a better bow the RC. As a rule, you should bid on anything thats an upgrade, because if you pass up one, you never know when you'll see another. Just my way of looking at it, and this game hates me when it comes to loot. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

What are these bows you speak of! I have yet to see it drop. Just like the myth of the Hover Platform, or the Clawed Basilisk boots. I have yet to see those <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Makes me want to throw a temper tantrum tbh.

if u are using raincaller and you dont even bid on bazkul you might as well reroll

It is a short bow and should only be used for its ammo. Bazkul is way better. I dont have ichor but I bet if you used normal ammo with it, it would not beat RC out by much.
