Mail Broken on Guk

In case they weren't aware, the in-game mail system is not fully functional on Guk. Some characters it "seems" to work, while others freeze up and have to relog to use a broker, merchant or bank after trying to use the in game mail system. This has been going on for a few weeks now and it seems that the SoE support team is not aware of the issues.

Yes it was broke last night when I logged in and so was level chat.

Chat channels are iffy on Befallen too.  I have tried a dozen chars on 2 different accounts on 2 different computers. Some times it works, some times it doesn't. I had 1 char that didn't have any chat channels or even guild chat. And another that had guild chat but no chat channels.... Blue

Permafrost is having the same issue. In addition to no chat, my friends list is dead.

Same issue on Crushbone, not level chat channels, no friends list.  Guild chat was down but that is back up.
