Downloading Issues

Hello. Just got new pc and trying to update EQ2 Client. Everything seems to be fine till moment, when download stops automaticly. Let's say that I download file A.vpk - after downloading this file downloading of file B.vpk begins...but it's downloading less than a second. Then downloading stops. After I start DLing again, it's again downloading A.vpk and b.vpk for a sec - to proceed to dling b.vpk I have to delete A.vpk, then both files are downloading correctly. Although with every next file the problem starts again. I could fight with it that way, but I really don't wanna spend time that way, also it would take years. I tried downloading everything again, but that didn't help. Any ideas how to finish with that problem? I am using Windows Vista, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS graph card, Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 proc. new pc  and vista right click the shortcut and click run as administrator.   it should download now.  you will have to do that everytime you startup just a stupid vista security thing

@QuestingOne: Thanks for information about other threads and sorry I didn't look for them before. @Elowenranger: The problem is that the game wasn't even opening w/o runnin as admin. Now it's going such way all the time, although i have that issue...still. Regards
