where do i where do i go to start my betrayl from Neriak To Qeynos?

I can't remember the exact location, but there is a halfling or gnome that is being harassed by 2 bullies (think its up in the dock area, but not sure).  You stand near them long enough, one of the bullies says something to you and you can end up picking a fight with the 2.   The little fellow points you to someone else.  I found it with my bruiser that I created for Neriak, but I'm not for sure where it was at.

<p>If I remember right it's up by the D'Morte inn.  Between the inn and another building </p><p>Two dark elfs are picking on a little boy.  They tell you to go away and if you don't they attack you.</p><p>The little boy has the quest.  He says if you find you are not like the others of Neriak  go see someone.</p><p>But I forget who.  </p>

<p>Actually the bullies are harrassing the little boy right next to the new immigrant housing building (with the one-roomers), right on the way to the D'Morte Inn.</p><p>You then have to go to the main hall in the Spires of Innoruuk for the next step.</p>
