Bad Lag, Poor Performance, Zoning Issues since Hotfix this weekend.

<p>Is anyone else experiencing bad lag, poor performance, and zoning issues since the hot fix patch this weekend? I have been running in the default High Quality profile since at least December without any lag or performance issues. After the hot fix everything seems laggy and I had turn all my graphics down to Bart Simpson mode just to fight in a group Saturday night and I never do this in a group. Were there some kinds of graphics code change in the patch? I have also had serious zoning issues and I never had those before either. I currently have a character stuck in zoning and can't access him. This game looks great in High Quality mode and it is a [Removed for Content] shame if somehow it was messed up for some of us customers.</p><p>I have done all the usual cut & paste stuff we get from SOE and still having performance issues. Was wondering if others are having problems. Thanks.</p>

Yes to all. The additional pain of freezing about every 30 minutes has made my weekend playing experience quite nasty. Has made my grouping experience ugly beyond belief. I hope they rake both the coders and the QA folks over the coals for this messy upgrade. Not pleased at all.

I'm not sure when the hotfix was exactly, but a lot of us have been experiencing issues with the patcher this weekend as well.   We're not able to patch our client after a re-install of the game - it stops updating and says "Download Cancelled" and then says that none of our characters are available.  We can't even play the game.

I know this doesn't help you, but I figured I'd let you know... I patched Friday just after the server came back up without a problem and played both Friday day and Sunday night with no issues or problems. I don't know what happened with your patch, but all I can verify is that it does not seem to be a global issue. Good luck...
