why is there no voiceovers in expansions?

<p>Did SOE get cheap on implementing VO actors? cost too much? I liked the fact that the original continents had voiceovers on almost all NPCs.</p><p>I recently came back since 04' and bought all expansions.  First zone in to Ro there are no VOs for any of the NPCs.  Same with Fay</p><p>??????</p>

You must have your voices turned off or not downloaded... sometimes the voices in Faydark start bothering me >.>

Yeah its weird most of EoF doesn't seem to have VO's, same with DoF, KoS while the "free" content with Neriak has plenty of them.

Ya'll have all of the optional voice packs dled right?

One thing i'm kinda curious about is why they don't have VOs for creatures like Lord Nagafen and Darathar.
