Being able to purchase resets was a good idea, but how about allowing it to reset completely, so you can move AA between Class and Subclass trees? It's frustrating at lower levels when you would like to try different combinations, but are stuck in one tree or the other.

I found this particularly annoying, myself.

I believe the reason achievement points are stuck in one tree is that after Kingdom of Sky, characters had a maximum of 50 points in that tree. When Echoes of Faydwer came out they didn't want people to easily reset their points and have 50 points in the Echoes of Faydwer tree without any effort. Currently this wouldn't really be an issue though, until maybe the next expansion or two. Othesus - Dirge - Lucan DLere Vaspar - Fury - Lucan DLere

I really do not see a reason for implementing (possibly) a 10% loss of AP's after a certain number of resets. Given the amount gold/plat you have to spend each time to reset these goes up quite a bit, I feel is "penalty enough." I very rarely reset mine as I try to give as much thought in to choosing them as possible. However, in one case, I did and I noticed the fee changed from being only 10 gold on my first reset to 1 plat for the next. Yikes!

I do like the idea of interchanging the points you get from one tree to the next. For my newer toons created after the implementation of 100 AA's, choosing which path to take is a little easier. For my main, who has 63 AA at present, he had his first 50 before the 100 were implemented. Once I looked at his secondary tree, I found myself liking the enhancements to his CA's much more than my prior choices. The flexibility to choose with a reset of all points would have been nice.

Just my two copper pieces worth

Now you have 63AA. Hm... you get 9-10AA form discovering new places in EoF. In more then 6 month you manged to get 4AA from quests / killing nameds / converted adventure XP? That is really impressive. May be you should just do some quests and get the AAs from the EoF-tree with the AA-XP from questing. If SOE puts a "full respec" into the game it should cost you 20p+ extra.

What does the total amount of AA's myself or anyone else for that matter has at this particular point in time have anything to do with the original post? This makes no sense to me and is rather truculent in my opinon.

Also, I may not fully understand your post given I am such a loser for not having the amount of AA's you deem is necessary but if I had 50 AA's when EoF came and now have 63, that makes it a total of 13 not 4. Given I have gotten a mixture of XP and AA from other areas other than EoF, completely isolating my "lack" of appropriate AA points to strictly that expansion is a little presumptuous. I know some folks in this game who have been with it since launch and have a "main" who still is not level 70. I guess they wouldn't fit in to your high standards as well.

I do not know what I said or did wrong to offend you specifically. Regardless, your post was inappropriate.

Gladiia@The Bazaar wrote:
Seriously, what does that have to do with anything?
Quite simple: You want AAs in the EoF-Tree? Go out and get them. As I said you can get 9-10AAs in EoF from running around and get discpvery XP. Sure, some zones are for level 70 players. EoF has a good chunk of signature / heritage quests for players in the level 30-60 range. Well, every zone has one or more quest lines you could do (most of them you can solo)
