Well...I have a guildy that recently looted a piece of blood iron ore and he said it was for DFC armor. Can anyone maybe link/ explain to me about the DFC, blood iron ore drop location(s), what classes can get armor from there,a nd how you go about making it. Any help is appreciate. Kit

Blood iron drops from chests off orcs in the mines of Zek or anythingin DFC.  The recipe books drop off anything in DFC (or the broker =P).  The names are "Common Deathfist < ... > plans" and "Rare Deathfist < ... > plans" where the common book has I think 5 items and the rare 2 from the set.  Each armor set is for a few different classes, if you want to see the classes and stats, search on eq2idb.com for Deathfist and the plate/chain/whatever armor type.  It has to be crafted on the deathfist forge, which is in a room on the main courtyard level of DFC.

Actually, each book as 3 pieces afforded to them. Commons have the recipes of the head, hands, and feet while the rares have the recipes for the legs, shoulders, and chest. There are only 6 pieces to any Blood armor set so neither book includes a forearm recipe.
