problem with downloading

i got ep2 for my new comp and got the luanch pad working. when i went top the screen where u press play it said "download complete" and it says download at the bottom. when i click download it starts and exits really fast. any ideas

So when you click "download" (under the PLAY button?), it starts downloading and then stops downloading or it starts downloading and then the window closes? Does the updater window allow you to click on the PLAY button?

lol, ok this is what happens. i click the download botton and for a sec it goes into download but it just stops and says download below the starrt botton again. when i click it again, same thing just less then a second and it stops

<p>I'm having the a simliar problem with the Neriak download..   it gets a couple of hours in and just cancelles itself!  </p><p>I have tried deleting the the vpk files for Neriak, those are the ones it gets stuck on...</p><p>sony... anyone.....</p>
