What lvl should i start buying masters for my wizard?

Actually 55, Numbling Cold but it's an ultra rare master since it's a ancient spell.

I'd just settle for adept III for the big ones and Adept I for the lesser-ones at this point unless you're a hardcore raider, wait and see what spells are going to get replaced soon anyways.
