Perseverance Question

Is this ability still bugged?  Considering a 1pp respec and I'd like to know both I get it.

KoS or EoF preserverance?  I guess at any rate neither is bugged... atleast that i know of

I have the final in both and the Stamina line works just fine as mentioned... the Berserker line seems to work fine as there is a remarkably noticable difference in health when my regen is below the 30% mark. Since I have the other regen AAs capped, I can safely say for myself that the final does indeed ignore the cap.

Yeah the KoS one definately works.  When I specced back to it one of my healers remarked he could tell the difference, and I really notice it when soloing.  If I start to go low on health while soloing I just throw everything out there, even taunts to use up power and heal myself.  It works pretty good.  I've never tried the EoF one so I couldn't say.
