Third or fourth weekend in the row server crashes right as my guild gets to the 3rd floor of EH. Only happens when more than two guilds are in EH it seems, doesn't crash any other time than on Friday or Saturday night while guilds are running EH. So is there any proposed fix for the horseshit server performance we are experiancing on Butcherblock? Because other servers are NOT experiancing this kind of crap every weekend. Not to mention our mail and broker system is down about 60 hours a week.

Yay. We get our timers reset, our loot taken and the run around red tape song and dance for wasting our past 2 hours getting to the third floor. Good job GMs! How about we get some GMs who will stop the circle jerk and either notify a dev to perform the dev slay to get us back to our crash location or atleast let us speak to a supervisor?

not to dispute your timing, but BB went down earlier in the day yesterday also and I dont know if a guild was in EH at the time. could just be a wierd random thing . But yeah, it would be nice if someone at least told us they are looking into it or something.

I sympathize with you. We were in Labs TWICE when the server went down, both times just getting ready to take out the last 3 names. What made the last time even worse was that we only had 3 groups and were rolling along pretty well.

I sent a petition to SoE about it after the 2 time in Labs (and 3rd time that week) complaining that my attempt to kill Vyemm for Thorn of Old was delayed a second time because of the lockout, and asked if anyone at SoE was doing anything or even cared. All I got back was what seemed like a canned response stating that the "Success" timer could not be reset and that it was there for a reason. I responded back asking if they were going to answer my question or give me the same canned response back. Need to see what they wrote back to that one.

They can reset your success timers and most of the time will delete the any loot you had won on that run. Some guilds haven't had their loot taken though.
