Old Level 31 SK Question, to relevel or to not relevel?

Hiya Guys! So recently Ive decided to pick up my SK again. When I had made her (oh longer ago than I care to remember heh) there were no AA's, etc.. and I was curious to know, in your guys opinion, if I would be better off starting over from Level 1 (considering we can start building AA's from 10+ now) or just continue onwards? Will they really make that big of a difference on my SK at those levels? (the added life taps look really juicy) Well..thanks in advance for the input!

Personally i would restart a new character .. the way to 31 tooks not that long, and if you do all the main quest you may have 25-30+ AAs now at that level. That will give you max spell-crit and already a lot on the way to reaver. I find it much harder to relevel AAs on old characters then to get them with new chars.

Keep the toon, AAs will come easy. Between the standard 30-70 zones, AP's and raiding you'll have 100 in no time.
