Zerging makes pvp suxorz

<p>lets make this one 24 pages too then maybe we'll get a responce from somone that maybe will care. </p><p>Zerging makes pvp pointless. Why cause you kill a group only to have them trickle back one by one to run you out of power and finish you off makes that fight worthless as when you die you loose more infamy than gained, and since you already killed them once why shouldnt they keep zerging you for the next 30 min, that forces you to leave how is that good for pvp?</p><p>Pvp as it stands now is who can zerg the best, it does not promote pvp it promotes gankage so you can get your kill and leave before the zerg catches back up.  </p><p>With the no zoning rules now it makes it even more pointless, great i killed 3 of you so now come back and kill me since im outa power and cant finish the 4th before the zerg makes it all the way back with there death sickness alreay wore off <img src="/smilies/e78feac27fa924c4d0ad6cf5819f3554.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Your topic title could use some work, "zerging" and "rez zerging" are two very different things. And I agree about rez zerging.  Someone suggested a rez sickness mechanism that makes the sickness stronger and longer as you die more and more in PvP during a certain time block (maybe 20 minutes)? Also, if you initiate hostile action against a player, you should be wiped from their /recent list.  It's silly to drop someone, then have to keep killing them without reward as they rush you just to protect what you earned from them.  It further discourages even fights.

<p>no pvp fight is worthless, unless your only concern is fame.  Revive sickness already carries penalties, and no more is needed.  The results of the emplacement of the no-zoning rule were debated and pointed out many times, in many different forums, from in testing feedback to the various server forums.  Those who stated that zerging would increase were overruled by those who wished for more pvp, and cried for no zoning to get it.</p><p>Now you are definitely getting more pvp.  If fame is your only point to fighting, choose more wisely.</p>
