deleted characters can you get them back?

Hello all ... I had a friend that got her characters deleted somehow... is there any way to get the characters back?

You can get a deleated character back but only one for the life of the account. You need ot do a /petition and ask a GM to do it. They did this for me and restored my character to the last best save of my character.

Wow, learn something new every day.  I didn't know the service was offered at all.  Once per lifetime of an account seems pretty fair to me.

<p>I'd say it's more than generous. Especially when you consider to delete a character, you have to type in the name and it is case sensitive to boot...then click a box asking if you are SURE you want to delete said character. Yeah...</p>

I would recommend a thought first though...   ...since you say her characters were ~deleted somehow~...   ...it makes it sound like she honestly doesn't know how, not that she did it on accident. If that is the case, and she has no idea how they were deleted, then I would suggest that before the character was restored, she change her password in case perchance someone has access to her account. </span>
