Mounts

What is the lowest level allowed for mounts?  I was looking on a few different resource websites and the only thing I see is the different types of mounts and not the different level requirements of them.  Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.... I know pallies and SK's get them at like 20.. I think?

Crusaders (Shadow Knights and Paladins) get a "fun spell" at level 20 that gives them a mount with a 10% run speed boost. AFAIK none of the purchased mounts have a level requirement as they're all considered level 1 gear.

It should be mentioned though, that you do not need to even be guilded to buy mounts provided you are willing to pay full price in plats for it.  There may be some mounts that you can't receive without a guild or certain guild level.. but that I am not certain of.
