Do Quests Below Level 10 Give AA XP to Players Level 10+?

Nope, they do not.  Quests have to be at least level 10 to give Achievement Points, just like players have to be at least level 10 to earn them.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
