I didn't realize there were particular places masters dropped.  It thought they were pretty much random and could drop anywhere, but the level of the spell would be based on the level of the mob you were killing.  -h

I know it's possible to drop masters everywhere just certain names or certain places are known to drop particular masters really I would like to know where apply poison and murderous design drop, so I can attempt to picked them up myself since they are never on the broker

Spider(near epic gnoll) in living tombs droped lvl55 master and cyclops in pof dropped lvl58 master twice.

<p>As far as I am aware its a totally random chance at any master within the tier of the zone your in.</p><p> But to add to the post Freezing Strike -Friend had it drop in Poets Palace and gave it to me <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
