item attack speed stacking

item haste never stacked, unless you mean with spells then yes but 2 items dont stack.

I seem to recall two adornments add haste - thopugh only 2, at T7.  I believe the belt and ear haste adornments.  Otherwise, no matter how you get the haste - innate to the equipment or through adornments - the higher haste rules.  There was a thread with an external link, detailing the stacking of haste items, especially through adornments, and I recall that two did stack.  I also don't know if the two add in to give you four, or if they can only boost haste by 2, total.

I think only the items with the blue word HASTE do not stack, and as far as I know there is no ear adorn with haste, just a belt and 2h weapon one.
