Help on reuse timer proc stack abilities

Ok, most of you know what the Cloak of Unrest is, and what it procs.  For those that dont remember, here's a refresher: When target casts a spell this spell has a chance to cast Harnessed Power of the Estate on caster. Lasts for 30.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute.  Decrease the caster's spell reuse time by 10%. Earring of Unkempt Power is very similiar: When target casts a spell this spell has a chance to cast Etheral Recovery on caster. Lasts for 30.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute. Decrease the caster's spell reuse time by 15%. What I've heard (and what I think) is that the 2 dont stack.  Has anybody confirmed this?  And if so, what would be the next best cloak (for dps, I already know the one for power regen)?  Zet? or burning prince? If those 2 dont stack, then does that mean the Ring of Four Winds (From Cheldrak access) also doesnt stack? or does it stack because it's not a proc? Any light on the subject would be helpful. ~Talekk

<p>not sure if they stack or not as I dont have them.</p><p>but I did do lots of testing with cloak of zet vs burning prince, and the sol ro cloak kicked the ever living crap out of zet, it wasn't even close.</p>

I find I use Vincenzi's Volumous Cape, or however it's spelled, quite a bit.  The power proc on it is quite nice.  especially on 5 min+ fights.

I would like to know the answer to that also. I have a Unrest cloak and the ring of four winds. The ring is a constant 5% to spell timers, and the cloak is 10% when i procs for 30 seconds. If they dont stack, or no reuse timer bonus stacks, it would be good to know. I know melee speed timers bonus's dont stack. Thanks Ran

Check the reuse timer of one of your spells before you begin a battle and some time in the middle of it check it again. Since it is 30 secs and procs 1.8 times a min there should be a good chance that it is up. Try it a few times and see if you notice any differences. Id do it myself but i have neither piece.

<p>The Cloak and HoUK don't stack. The HoUK will overwrite the Cloak's proc.</p><p>All of the bonuses will stack with the RotFW though.</p>
