Question about a macro and more

Hi all, I'd like some input for making a macro: Let's say I'm using the typical STR 4-4-8 and go barefists, but I also want to use crane sweep from the wis line to help with AE agro, how do I setup the macro to 1) equip the 2hand staff, 2) use cranesweep, 3) unequip the staff ? Side question: is crane twirl proc a PBAE or encounter limited? Does it proc off barefists since it doesn't specify the weapon requirement? (my guess is yes). Thanks.

Huh I know you can't switch to a weapon, use an ability and then switch to another weapon because you have to wait (i forget how long) after you swap in a weapon before you can swap another. To over some this I have a macro to switch in a 2nd then use Crane Sweep and another that switches back to my main weapons. Now for you I don't know if you can switch in a weapon and then remove it all in one macro since you wouldn't be replacing it with another weapon.
