Is it intended ? for all the other AA i've seen so far they decrase casting time by 0.2 - so after 5 points you would have 1sec. Fae Fire however starts at 0.18sec casting speed reduction, the next one is 0.19sec and the third 0.2 sec - meaning that every point only decrases casting speed by 0.01sec - thats a joke ? Yes i do know that the skill also decreases recast timer by 1sec each.
