Another question about moving...

I recently moved my Necro from Freeport to Neriak.  She had items in her house that had been placed by chars I have since deleted.  When I opened the moving crate in the new house, those items are marked in red saying "This item does not belong to you "....and something about not being able to pick it up.  At the bottom of the moving crate window I only have 2 options, retrieve item and cancel.  There is no option I can see anywhere at all about placing the item in the house.  If I right click on the item, examine is my only option.  If I still had those chars, I'd be more than happy to log them on and have them take them out of the crate, but I cant because they have been deleted.  Am I going to be stuck with not being able to get these items out of the moving crate?  Or do I just sit tight and hope for a fix soon?  Necrae 70 Necro Butcherblock server

<p>I had an option for "move item" at the bottom of my moving box which allowed me to scoot things around.  But I didn't have items that weren't that character's so I'm not sure if you got a different box.</p><p>I hope you get a solution for this because I'm soon to move my main and I'd hate that to happen to her.</p>

When I moved my dirge from Freeport to Neriak, I brought some of my brigand's no-trade stuff.. I was able to place it with the 'place item' option. Either it was a button on the window, or I right clicked on the item to choose that.. I can't remember. However, I'm sure there was an option to place the no-trade items into the house, since I was able to do it. I was only not able to pick them up into my inventory.
